products my be eligible for returns.
Our returns policy varies by
manufacturer.
Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
Cathy's
Concepts
All sales are final on Cathy's Concepts
items They will not accept any
returns on merchandise. Should you
receive a damaged item, please call the
Customer Service Department at (800)
969-7417 for a replacement. When
you receive your replacement shipment,
you will find a pre-stamped ,
pre-addressed envelope, ARS(Authorized
Return Sticker), or CT(Call Tag).
Following the instructions provided,
return the damaged merchandise to
Cathy's Concepts. Do not include
anything else in your return shipment.

Aspen
Kate Aspen allows returns of most
items within three months of the order
date for any reason. No questions
asked. Personalized items can
not be returned.
NOTE: It is advised that when shipping
products back to our wholesaler’s
warehouse, customers should choose the
same shipper as when the product(s) was
delivered, as well as insure the item
for full value should anything happen
during shipping.
